- All reservations may not be confirmed until verifying proof of residency with the Association’s hired management agent.

- All reservations require a $25.00 administrative fee for processing.
- All pool parties shall be required to be scheduled and confirmed at least two weeks in advance prior to the scheduled party date. If received after this date, there will be a late fee incurred in the amount of $25.00 dollars.

- The lifeguard services are $25.00 per lifeguard per hour.
- All parties after normal hours of operation may not exceed eleven o’clock pm.

- Guests include everyone in attendance at the party, non-swimmers and swimmers, residents and non-residents.
- All parties are required to pay a $25.00 clean-up fee.
- All Lifeguards are required to be present 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party time
- All parties that need additional time to set-up will be charged a manager fee of $25.
- All lifeguards on duty are required to clear the water of all guests 15 minutes prior to end of scheduled party time.
- The lifeguards are required to help the party clean-up 15 minutes prior to the end of scheduled party time. If the party needs additional time to clean-up thereafter, $15.00 per 15-minute clean-up shall be charged. If you would like to extend the party time the rate of $25.00 per lifeguard still applies.
- Supervisor shall be notified of the overtime clean-up prior to the end of the scheduled party time and the supervisor will be required to speak with the Resident/Owner to notify of the clean-up charges, which is payable onsite.

- All parties, if inclement weather occurs a refund will be made if notified (1) hour prior to scheduled party time.
- All parties must cancel within (1) week prior to scheduled party date to receive full refund.
- All parties must reschedule within (1) week after the cancelled party.
- All payments are payable by credit card at the time of registration.
- All pool rules will be enforced during private pool party. If the pool rules are not followed, the lifeguards on duty will have the authority to ask your party to leave and no refund will be issued.
